| My dream came true...While working on these aviation paintings, I could not resist the temptation of making the sound of a machine gun firing, a missle launching or a bomb exploding. I came to call myself Mr. Explosion. As such I decided the ultimate background would be a huge explosion, and nothing but. I tried again and again to submit sketches with only smoke and fire, until finally one was accepted. Truely..Mr. Explosion! |
